How to Pay

You can use any cryptocurrency wallet that supports the currency you want to pay with. Popular options include MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Binance, Coinbase, or Exodus. Make sure your wallet supports the correct network (TRC20 for USDT/USDC, Bitcoin network for BTC, Ethereum network for ETH).
💰 How much should I send?
Send exactly the amount shown on the payment page. For example, if it shows "29.00 USDT", send exactly 29.00 USDT. Don't send more or less, as this may cause delays in processing your payment.
⏱️ How long does it take?
Confirmation times vary by network: USDT/USDC (TRC20): 1-3 minutes, Bitcoin: 10-60 minutes, Ethereum: 1-5 minutes. You'll receive access to your simulator once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
Troubleshooting
❌ I sent to the wrong address
Unfortunately, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you sent to the wrong address, the funds are likely lost. Always double-check the address before sending. Contact support with your transaction hash if you need assistance.
🔄 I used the wrong network
Using the wrong network (e.g., sending USDT on Ethereum instead of TRON) may result in lost funds. Some networks allow recovery, but this is not guaranteed. Always verify you're using the correct network before sending.
⏳ My payment is taking too long
Check the blockchain explorer to see if your transaction is pending. Bitcoin transactions can take up to an hour during high network congestion. If it's been more than 2 hours, contact support with your transaction hash.
🚫 I didn't receive access to the simulator
First, verify your payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Then click "Check Payment Status" on the payment page. If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction hash and we'll investigate.
